Terms of Use
1. Agreement.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a contract between you and Analyzed Discovery Ltd. ("Analyzed Discovery," "we," "us"). If you create an account on behalf of a law firm, it means you have the authorization to do so, as an attorney licensed in a United States jurisdiction and employed by that law firm.
2. Who may use the service.
Only a licensed attorney may operate Analyzed Discovery. You represent that you are an attorney licensed to practice law in a United States jurisdiction without restriction where it would otherwise be illegal to claim the same.
3. What the service does.
Analyzed Discovery reads the files you upload, provides analysis, and delivers its output to you. It does not investigate, does not supply facts, and does not exercise legal judgment. The output is analytical material for your review, and you decide what to do with it.
4. Your responsibility.
You are responsible for what you upload, for reviewing the output, and for anything you file or rely on.
5. Your files.
Analyzed Discovery is a zero data retention system. When the run ends, the architecture removes all of your supplied data from all systems, everywhere. No human has access to your files, not at Analyzed Discovery, not at any vendor, no one.
6. Acceptable use.
Upload only what you have a right to upload based on your representation. Only provide us what your bar number can support. Do not share your login.
7. Accounts.
You are responsible for your login information and the activity under your account. Tell us as soon as you discover unauthorized use. Violations of these Terms get reported to the state bar of your license.
8. Fees.
Fees are the prices shown at checkout when you purchase. Subscription plans are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until canceled. A single review is billed once. Each plan includes a fixed number of runs for its period, and unused runs expire at the end of the period. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the fees and any applicable taxes. A price change takes effect at the start of your next billing period and is posted before it applies. If a payment fails, your access will be suspended. Your account will be deleted after 10 days of non-payment.
9. Ownership.
You keep your files and output. We keep our service and methods. You give us permission to process your files and give you back the results.
10. Disclaimer.
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The output is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Please be a good steward of the law and tell us when you see an inaccurate output. You're the best.
11. Limitation of liability.
You are the attorney. You remain responsible for everything you do with the output.
12. Indemnification.
Analyzed Discovery Ltd. is a contracting vendor supplying a tool. As a result, you agree to indemnify Analyzed Discovery Ltd. against claims arising from your litigious decisions.
13. Term and termination.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate access for a breach of these Terms. Ending your account does not end your responsibility for what you already did, our ownership of the service, the disclaimer, the liability cap, your indemnity, or the dispute terms. Those survive.
14. Changes.
Changes to these Terms will be posted with a revised effective date, and your continued use after that date is acceptance.
15. Governing law, arbitration, and jury waiver.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement below.
