Analyzed Discovery is a zero data retention system.

We do not have access to your data.

Your data is processed in the United States.

The files you upload are sent to inference via encrypted transfer and received by collections of files full of numbers called safetensors, then processed at 50 trillion calculations a second, for about 30 minutes, then sent back to you. The data leaves the container of safetensors, then is immediately deleted. It's a permanent type of deletion. There's no trace of your data anywhere remaining after it leaves inference. There is no human involved anywhere in this process, nor does any human have access to any data sent by you or back to you.

We are not able to view, retrieve, or recover anything you supplied or that is produced as output, because we never had it. We structure our systems this way by intentional design. There is nothing for us, or any third party, to provide to anyone. We cannot give away something we never had.

Your email address is used to identify your account, which we don't have access to. We don't have any of your financial data. The payment processor tells us paid or not paid. We're not sure why our lawyers told us to say we don't sell or give away your email address or bar number. This is true.

There are no minor children licensed as attorneys anywhere in the United States. Do not let your kids use this thing.

We don't have plans to update this agreement. We're probably not going to email you with updates. You should read this before, during, after, and between, multiple times, every time you open the app. There is a link to this page at the bottom of the app in the corner last we checked.
